STRONG Nation: Personal Coaching

A one-on-one or small group format designed for a maximum of 5 people. The routines are based on individual moves repeated in sprints, using the same empowering music found in STRONG Nation classes.

CLASS INFORMATION

Zumba and STRONG Nation classes are offered at the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center. Click here to sign up online or sign up in person.

Zumba: Mondays at 6:00pm, $15/month

STRONG Nation: Sundays at 10:00am and Wednesdays at 6:00pm, $35/month. Bring an exercise mat, towel, and water.

Monthly pass for both Zumba & STRONG Nation: $45 (signup in-person).
