SL Fitness Collective is dedicated to improving community health through the group exercise. As a fitness and public health professional, Shavanne Lambert uses her experience as a group exercise instructor to deliver engaging and fun fitness classes.

STRONG Nation: Personal Coaching
A one-on-one or small group format designed for a maximum of 5 people. The routines are based on individual moves repeated in sprints, using the same empowering music found in STRONG Nation classes.

Zumba and STRONG Nation classes are offered at the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center. Click here to sign up online or sign up in person.
Zumba: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m., $15/month
STRONG Nation: Sundays at 10:00 a.m. $15/month. Bring an exercise mat, towel, and water.
